Enrollment at Frogsong Farm

We welcome families who are curious, values-aligned, and ready for something different. The best first step is always just a conversation.

WHO WE WELCOME

Is Frogsong right for your family?

Frogsong welcomes children ages 5–13 (Grades K–7). We are a small school by intention, and there's something meaningful about that. Every family here has made a considered choice, and we don't take that lightly.

Children joining Frogsong should be toilet trained and comfortable participating in a group setting for a full school day. Beyond that, we're less interested in what a child already knows and more interested in who they are; their curiosity, their energy, their readiness to be part of something.

We welcome families from all walks of life, all backgrounds, and all kinds of previous schooling experience. Whether your child is coming from a conventional school, has been homeschooling, or is just starting out. If something here resonates, the best first step is simply a conversation.

JOINING FROGSONG

How to join

1

Book a farm tour

A 45–60 minute visit to meet the teachers, walk the land, and see the yurt. We'd love to show you around — get in touch and we'll find a time that works for your family. Children are always welcome, and very much encouraged.

2

Have a conversation

A relaxed chat with Sietske about your child, your hopes, and whether Frogsong is the right fit. No commitment, no pressure — just an honest conversation between people who care about the same things.

3

Student trial day

Your child spends a full day at Frogsong — joining the class, meeting the other children, and experiencing the rhythm firsthand. Most families tell us this is the moment they knew. Children often don't want to leave.

4

Enroll

If it feels right for everyone, we complete a straightforward application and confirm your place. We'll walk you through everything you need to know before the first day — what to bring, what to expect, and how to prepare your child.
